These terms govern your use of the website velantra.co (the “Website”), operated by Velantra sp. z o.o., Puławska 145, 02-715 Warsaw, Poland (KRS 0001238175, NIP 5214162926). By using the Website you accept these terms. Company details are available in the legal notice, and information about personal data in the privacy policy.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website presents Velantra’s software engineering services and lets you contact us about a project. Content on the Website is general information, not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separately agreed contract.

3. Using the Website

You agree not to:

• disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation or security of the Website;
• submit unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights through the contact form;
• use automated tools to send enquiries, scrape content at scale, or circumvent the Website’s abuse protections.

The Website and its content — including text, layout, graphics and the Velantra name and wordmark — are protected by law and belong to Velantra sp. z o.o. or are used with permission. Third-party names and brands shown in our work (including XONAR) belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe work we have carried out. You may browse and link to the Website; any other use of its content requires our prior consent.

The Website links to external sites, such as xonar.co. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of personal data.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Website is provided “as is”. We take care to keep its content accurate and the service available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Velantra sp. z o.o. is not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website.
